Thursdays from 6:30pm
Stephanie's class is the perfect way to bring your week to a close. Through her expert instruction and blend of vinyasa, static postures, and pilates based movements, you will develop strength and relase stress. All levels are welcome.
Mon 4pm, Wed 12:30pm, Fri 9:30am, Sat 2pm
Vinyasa style series of poses, done slowly and mindfully, that increases strength, flexibility, and helps connect the student to their breathing. One's ability to "do the poses" is not as important as being fully present and connected to the breath. Students are encouraged to listen to their bodies with non-judgmental awareness, be kind to themselves, and approach their yoga practice as an individual process of self-inquiry. Beginners are welcome.
Thursdays from 7:15pm
Matt teaches a full Integral Yoga style class complete with Hatha Yoga postures, pranayama (breathing practices), chanting, and meditation. A generous guided relaxation at the end makes this the perfect way to end your day.
Jnanaprabha Jennifer Bobbe (ryt-200) will teach a full Integral Yoga basic class incorporating a complete yoga practice. The class is appropriate for all levels including new beginners. The goal of the class is an "easeful body, peaceful mind, useful life." It is intended as preparation for seated meditation and we will take this opportunity to engage in an optional seated meditation practice immediately following class.
Join Kristen on Sunday mornings for a relaxing and invigorating vinyasa flow class. Kristen's class is centered on breath and movement and will help center you in the present moment.
Fridays from 1:15pm
Ahimsa is Sanskrit for non-harming. In this class you will learn to practice in a way that promotes compassion towards oneself and greater health and healing.
