We teach children's yoga in White Plains in a playful and relaxed manner with an emphasis on imagination and creativity. Yoga can help children to develop greater strength, coordination, focus, flexibility, and balance. Kids can begin to develop an awareness of their bodies and breath, and of the beauty of the present moment. Yoga can also help to teach children how to relax, as oftentimes children's lives can be more stressful than we might think. Stories, music, pictures, games, and props are used to appeal to diverse learning styles.
